It is hard for me to believe that this is my tenth year running the Music Department in Windsor. It has been an amazing journey and it is a journey I am very much still on. I have learnt a huge amount and also have so much still to learn. So many people and students have been part of this and I am indebted to them all.

I think if there is one thing I can really state with assurance it is that I have created a culture within the upper schools in Windsor where music is not only accepted, but also integral and important to school life.
